There is a $1 increase after 4 months when you are hired on by the client.
This is for ONSITE during training and then the opportunity to work from home!
Job Description:
• Work with the state and federal government to meet needs of their citizens.
• Supporting programs such as Snap, Medicaid, and TANF and answering questions regarding these programs.
• Help clients report changes in their lives that could impact their benefits
• Assist clients with applying and renewing benefits.
• File complaints or appeals on behalf of the client Qualifications:
• Seeking candidates that sees change as an opportunity to grow
• Pays attention to detail • Can handle a fast paced environment
• Takes pride in their work and learns from their mistakes
• Handles calls in a professional manner
• Ability to maneuver between different applications
• Must be *Reliable* and *Punctual* What you can expect:
• Training Program is a combination of in class theory, hands on experience and exams. All designed to give you the tools to be successful.
• Classroom training: Will establish a foundation of understanding so that what you experience will make sense to you.
• Training will last approximately 8 weeks long where 4 weeks will be in class room training, and the 2nd 4 weeks is hands on learning. ****INCENTIVES***
• Conversion is 120 days where you will become a full time Employee
• Once you become a employee you will receive their benefits such as medical/dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401K
• You will receive a $1,000 Bonus once you convert to a full time employee
• 180 days you are eligible for a promotion
