- We are looking to expand our Tech Recruiting team here in the US, looking for high energy individuals with around 5 to 8+ years' experience in Technology (IT) Recruiting.
- Very strong hands-on expertise in sourcing unique technology resources from active as well as passive talent pool, with niche in-demand skill set is imperative to be able to succeed in this role.
- Experience fulfilling Application development, Digital (e.g. Java / .NET Full Stack, DevOps, UI / UX, Big data...) as well as IT Infrastructure / Engineering (e.g. Network / Systems Engineers, SRO / SRE...) focused roles is required.
- Prior experience in the Capital Markets / BFS vertical would be a huge advantage.
- The role also requires a strong ability to handle pressure situations where recruitment function is expected to provide quality coverage quickly.
- Proven track record to work in a high volume, fast paced environment would be a huge advantage to succeed in this role.
- We are open to consider Corporate or agency level experience.
