Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative: 

  • Answer incoming calls on eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services from providers and members
  • Responsibilities also include the administration of intake documentation in the appropriate systems
  • Provide outstanding service to our internal and external customers and strive to resolve member and provider needs on the first call

Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferably
  • Responsible for meeting call handling requirements and daily telephone standards as set forth by the CMC.
  • Must be a proficient typist (avg. 35+ WPM) with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to maneuver through various computer platforms while verifying information on all calls
  • Must be able to talk and type simultaneously

Hours for this Position:

Mondays through Fridays, 8am-5pm
