Janian Medical Care, P.C., seeks a BE/BC Psychiatrist or a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a full time or part time position as Attending Psychiatric Provider in New York City.

The psychiatric provider is an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team who works to:

• Identify and engage people in need of psychiatric evaluation and treatment

• Provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy

• Support recovery goals

• Advocate for patients

• Participate in weekly clinical meetings with other providers

• Implement population health interventions

• Conduct diagnostic interviews and provide psychiatric evaluations

• Develop and deliver trainings



• New York State licensed, board eligible or board certified psychiatrist

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), licensed and registered to practice in New York State. Must have, or be working towards, National Certification in Nurse Practitioner Specialty-Adult Psychiatry/Mental Health
  • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records
