We are looking to hire a part-time recruiter for a growing local wealth management company!
This is a temp-to-hire position $14/hour with flexible hours. The core business hours are 8am-4pm and you would work 4 hours per day within those core times.
You would be calling candidates off of a list to recruit new agents to join the firm. You will receive a script to read from and as you learn the different positions, will be able to talk more specifically about them.
Other duties include connecting with the candidates and scheduling interviews.

High School Diploma
Associates degree in related field preferred but not required
Experience working in an office setting, telemarketing, or recruiting.
Good computer skills, excellent communication skills including typing, and exceptional phone skills
