SUMMARY

New Customer Development

• New Customer Research & Communicate with HQ in Japan or Global partners

• Feedback and Follow-up for request for quote (RFQ) to secure business

• Operational Follow-up at initial stage

Existing Customer Maintenance

• Timely RFQ Response & Follow-up for Customer Feedback on our pricing

• Develop New Business from Existing Customer

• Follow-up to retain Existing Customer on irregularity shipments or issues relating to transportation,

customer service, or pricing.

• Support customer requirements as much as possible with respect to legal, ethical, and company policy.

• Contact customer by phone, email, on-line meeting, or in person.

• Communicate with customers our ability and expectations to ensure smooth transaction.

• Support the operations team for transportation as needed according to internal escalation rules.

• Sales Targeting – Customer Industry Criteria-Area-Region Criteria

• Regular Sales Meetings and Reporting

• Promotional items planning and procuring such items for promotion and inventory control.

• Receive emails from overseas and North American customers.

• Contact vendors as required for RFQ request.

• Create quote based on rules of sales team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer services and inside sales

• Logistics/supply chain experience a plus
