Job Summary:

Serve as an internal human resource professional, specifically in the area of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and in HR data analysis. Work with the Contracts Department, Division Project Management, Staffing Agencies, and Payroll to oversee compliance with the SCA. Ensure the correct wage and fringe benefits are paid to employees working on SCA-covered contracts. Develop spreadsheets to compare employee salaries and benefits. Keep track of employees working on SCA projects and keep proper record-keeping/documentation. Audit SCA wage data on a periodic basis. Analyze employment data and generate or modify employment-related reports. Respond to management inquiries.


Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with an emphasis in data analytics or related field with at least a 3.0 GPA. Must have at least 1 year of experience with an emphasis in HR Data Management, Analysis & Reporting and/or Service Contract Act administration. Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle large data sets. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to include knowledge of pivot tables, basic arithmetic, VLOOKUP, and IF/THEN formulas. Knowledge of wage & hour laws and familiarity with human resource management laws, regulations, and practices. Knowledge of government contractor requirements, specifically the Service Contract Act. Must be able to work as a member of a group with a common goal. Must have sense of urgency in completing job duties. Must have interpersonal skills with effective communication skills. Must be able to analyze data and have good investigative skills. Understand relationship of numbers/values and recognize/reconcile anomalies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required. Clear/Valid Driver's License is required.
