HSA Product & Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product & Business Development Manager with a strong background in Health Savings Accounts (HSA) sales and product development. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative HSA solutions to clients in the financial services and employee benefits sectors.

HSA Product & Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the HSA market, with a focus on new business development and account expansion
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners, such as HR leaders, brokers, and financial institutions, to promote HSA products and services
- Lead product presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs and closing high-value deals
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance HSA offerings based on client needs and industry trends
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and additional sales opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to HSAs, providing insights to clients and contributing to the evolution of product offerings
- Manage the sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools, tracking client interactions, forecasting revenue, and providing regular updates to leadership
HSA Product & Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in financial services, healthcare, or employee benefits
- Proven success in selling HSA or benefits-related products
- Strong knowledge of HSA regulations and benefits, with hands-on experience in HSA product development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
