KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Engage (Salesforce) Adoption and Sustainment to join our?Tax Client Growth &Optimization team within our national US Tax Practice


* Support Tax's implementation and adoption of KPMG Engage (KPMG's CRM) aligning to the firm's strategy across multiple workgroups and workstreams
* Prepare data analytics to assess adoption metrics and provide support to develop programs / initiatives to increase adoption
* Develop reporting and dashboards to address business needs across multiple groups of leaders across the practice
* Be a Subject Matter Professional on Digital Adoption capabilities, enhancements, and analytics; identify opportunities to address user challenges and experience issues with training and education
* Solicit feedback from Coaching network and other Engage user bases
* Liaise with users to convey the value proposition and improve the user experience


* Minimum three years of recent experience, preferably in an environment that has implemented CRM
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, in information systems preferred
* Experience in supporting CRM adoption learning content and training with stakeholders and end-users; able to identify best-practices and share successes and talent needs with team; ability to function in a virtual team with team members and internal stakeholders across the United States
* Strong project management experience and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders; excellent data and analytics experience, preferably in environment
* Capable of building momentum and pivot as needed; highly self-motivated and able to multitask with limited supervision; interested in working in an entrepreneurial team with a start-up mind-set
* Some travel required for internal meetings and training
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Bellevue / Seattle Salary Range: Low: $76500 - High: $134600

San Francisco / San Jose / Santa Clara / Walnut Creek Salary Range: Low: $84800 - High: $149300

Sacramento / Irvine / Los Angeles / San Diego Salary Range: Low: $73000 - High: $128500

New York City Salary Range: Low: $79900 - High: $143200

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $73000 - High: $128500
