Startup Sales Development Manager

Fujitsu Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $120K - $220K/Year

By conducting advanced research across several key technologies such as AI and quantum computing, FRA supports Fujitsu’s purpose to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation.Startup Sales Development Manager is responsible for finding new channels of revenue for Fujitsu technologies by working with startups and enterprise partners.
Focus technologies are primarily in software and include AI, Blockchain, authentication and high performance computing.
Prior experience in software sales or software business development roles is required.
Ability to work with partners, and execute OEM, reseller, and licensing agreements required.
Ability to articulate technology value propositions and use cases at events, briefing centers, and customer settings.
Prior knowledge and experience with customer co-creation proof-of-concepts (POCs) and partner engagement are desirable.
Strong customer presence and ability to speak to technology and market trends.Knowledge & Skill RequirementsPrior experience in business development or quota-carrying sales role Channel sales, Partner Sales and MarketingProduct/Technology positioning experience including SWOT analysis, partner identification, and GTMComfortable working in a technical environment.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are needed.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment. Proven presentation skills.Prior work with advanced technologies – AI, Quantum computing, Blockchain, cloud computing, material sciences, etc.
