This OFFICE ASSISTANT role will be looking for someone who can sit on-site and must be within a commutable distance to their office located in Allentown, PA.
Greet visitors upon entry into the building; sign in guests and direct them to appropriate area
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Maintain employee and department directories as guide for directing visitors
Assist with light financial duties
Draft check request processing
Assist with managing and maintenance of all company fleet
Keep track of company permits; make sure permits are being properly completed and filed
Assist with documenting all weekly minutes and distributing to all office staff as neededd
Assist with contract documentation
Schedule meetings and travel for employees, schedule appointments for clients as needed
Document all phone call communications and requests from clients into the company database
Place outbound phone calls when needed
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, sort and distribute mail
Draft, review, and proofread office documents
Responsible for basic data entry
Maintain and stock office supplies
Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines
Additional clerical tasks as assigned

1+ years' of Receptionist and/or Front Desk-related roles
Prior experience working in the Construction field ideal!
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Must be flexible and must have an outgoing personality!
Ability to be productive and a reliable employee!
