We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to be a part of a small but growing team. Your communication skills, ability to consistently deliver customer satisfaction and flexibility to take on other roles / duties as needed will lead to advancement for the right person. The company is young (5+ years) and growing rapidly.
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay: Up to $16 per hour DOE
Hours: M-F, 8AM to 5PM
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Accurately enter / process orders
Develop relationships with customers
Support sales team as needed in delivering customer requirements
Prepare pick and pack lists for each order
Track receivable aging
Filing and organization
Set up customer accounts in Sage ERP system
Prepare reports for management as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must have an Associates Degree (or higher)
2 years recent customer service experience (preferably business to business)
Must have intermediate level skills in MS Office
Typing 35 WPM or faster
Experience using SAGE, NetSuite, Oracle or similar ERP
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem solving abilities
Basic math skills
Self starter who also works well with a team
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
