LifeWorks School in Doylestown, PA is currently looking for an Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2019-20 academic school year. The BCBA will design, implement and support education and behavioral programs. Participate in the assessment and data analysis of behavioral programs. Assist with intervention and therapeutic program evaluations. Maintains a thorough knowledge base of community resources for population served. Maintains a thorough knowledge base of age specific interventions for populations served. Participates in department and facility Performance Improvement activities. In addition to direct work with children, families and school representatives, this position requires report writing, attending meetings, staff meetings and regular communication with management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree Education or related Human Service field, Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a school or mental health treatment setting.
Licensure: Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
