The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

The Environmental, Social and Governance Communications Sr. Manager will lead Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) stakeholder reporting and communications strategy execution. This role will lead reporting and disclosures as well as strategic analyses, working alongside team members to evaluate progress, understand external expectations, ensure readiness for emerging ESG requirements and amplify success stories. The position will report to the Senior Director of ESG, Integrated Campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of annual ESG Report, including engagement with ESG topic owners for inputs, writing/editing, comment reconciliation, visual content management and obtaining release approvals.

  • Review and post external disclosures in coordination with relevant functions and businesses, including CDP, EEO-1, etc.

  • Coordinate with relevant functions and businesses for external release of ESG disclosures (e.g., CDP, EEO-1, etc.); prepare Q&A as needed to help stakeholders understand disclosure information within the context of the companys ESG strategy.

  • Manage web content calendar for ESG topics to ensure regular updates to content throughout the year.

  • Develop and maintain ESG fact sheets.

  • Develop continuous improvement process for alignment with reporting standards and best practices, such as Global Reporting Index (GRI), Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and GHG protocol; conduct ESG gaps analysis and make recommendations for enhancements.

  • Research emerging ESG issues, monitor future trends and support readiness and response for ESG-related topics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in communications

  • Project management expertise that spans multiple businesses and functions

  • Ability to work independently across matrixed organizations and multiple agencies

  • Excellent writing and editing skills; strong attention to detail

  • Proven analytics skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and competing deadlines

  • Delivery of timely, concise executive summaries and reports

  • Ability to take initiative and suggest creative solutions

  • Experience working with external partners and agencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Understanding of ESG reporting
