There may be future opportunities in several regions for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Specialists interested in joining our team of over 10,000 global field representatives making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Specialists will take the lead in selling an exciting product for the treatment of pancreatic disorders.
The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Specialist is responsible for achieving sales forecast within the assigned territory. This is accomplished by establishing and executing account level plans for Cystic Fibrosis Centers of Excellence including Dieticians / Nutritionists, Case Coordinators, Pulmonology KOLs, Social Workers, Nurse Practitioners, Respiratory Therapists, and other members of the Cystic Fibrosis Care Team.
4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience is required
Minimum 2 years Pharmaceutical sales experience promoting products for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) required.
Prior experience working within a Cystic Fibrosis Center highly preferred
Registered Dietician or Nutritionist preferred
Experience selling to healthcare professionals in an account-based setting (i.e. hospital, IDN, specialty clinic setting)
Demonstrated success in prior roles with documented sales success
Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
Willingness to travel, including air travel with overnights and manage a large, multi- state geography.
Passionate for patients and aligning care teams leading successful outcomes
Demonstrated ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge specific to the CF market
Entrepreneurial mindset and business ownership / accountability
Demonstrated business acumen, account focused, analytical ability with broad healthcare knowledge
Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
Demonstrated leadership ability with ability to align with customer objectives
