NOW HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS!!
One of the nation's LEADING Health Plan's is seeking an entry level customer service professional to join our team of skilled professionals.
This is a FULL TIME, long term position.
Location: Tigard, OR
Environment: Business casual work environment
Shift: M-F 9-5pm
Candidates will be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services of the Health Plan. Additionally you will handle and resolve any complaints customers have with their current plan and work on providing exceptional customer service to retain customers
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
