What do you get to do in this position?


This position is responsible for being a first-response for customer interactions, servicing complex system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction.  These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and performing warranty work.  They are also responsible for analyzing customer needs and making suggestions regarding expanded product offerings to existing customers.  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.

  • Perform Network and advanced BACNet troubleshooting
  • Work with customers on the development and implementation of advanced energy saving techniques and/or Building Analytics
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex controls hardware, software, and mechanical  systems
