Job Description

Looking to advance your career in Customer Service? Kelly Services is seeking Customer Service/Call Center Representatives to work at our Client site in Downtown Dallas, Texas! This role is responsible for fielding patient calls regarding health benefits. We are pleased to offer convenient first shift scheduling (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with a competitive pay rate of $15.00/hourly. Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to): Answering incoming calls and answer questions regarding patient EOB's. Provide excellent customer service. Provide follow up services such as faxing/emailing of forms, general information, etc. Ability to adhere to all company and departmental employment policies. Setting up payment arrangements. Responsible for upholding the principals of confidentiality as they relate to this position.

Job Requirements

The ideal applicants will have: Minimum 1- 2 years of customer service/call center experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare environment. Understand how to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits Demonstrated typing proficiency. High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree.
