The Recruiting Coordinator will be the first point of contact for candidates, managing the recruitment process through-out the candidates interview processes. The Recruiting Coordinator should be comfortable managing a high-volume of candidates and will be responsible coordinating a seamless interview process from start to finish.

Client Details

Fast-growing fintech company looking for a Recruitment Coordinator


  • Source for qualified candidates through various methods including posting ads, direct recruiting, networking and referrals
  • Pre-qualify candidates via a phone screen
  • Negotiate pay rates/salary rates with candidates
  • Schedule interviews and communicate interview details
  • Determine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewers and recruiters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
  • Facilitate interview feedback collection and distribution while maintaining discretion
  • Match candidates to open positions and collaborate with team members to ensure candidates meet client expectations
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience during their interview process


  • A Bachelor's degree in realted field
  • 1+ year of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
