Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Processors for our global banking client in Westlake Village, CA. These are 40-hour work weeks, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, temp and possible temp to perm opportunities. Perks available in the first 30 days and starting pay rate of $20.00/hr. Job Summary Prepares and processes mortgage loan files and documentation from application through final approval.  In-depth knowledge and understanding of conventional loan products, while assuring compliance with Bank, regulatory and investor guidelines, provides exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, responds to inquiries, resolves problems, and obtains necessary documentation required for the file. Responsible for Processing 1st Mortgage real estate loans including piggyback HELOC’s and 2nd Mortgages.  Workload expectations is closing 8-10 loans a month efficiently, with a great sense of urgency to ensure deadlines are met.   Job Duties: •             Review all new files to ensure they’re complete with the following for Underwriting •             Income Documentation •             Assets •             Disclosures •             Order outs, Title Policy, Escrow Instructions, Homeowners Insurance Policies and Flood Certificates •             Review file after loan is approved to prepare for Final Approval •             Gather all conditions from the Customer •             Responsible for requesting all 3rd Party items i.e. VOE’s, WVOE’s, 4506T’s and Subordinations •             Review file for Closing once file is Final Approved •             Communicate with Customers, Escrow Officers, Sales Partners, Insurance Companies and internal Partners (Underwriting/Closing) •             Review Preliminary title reports, Appraisals and credit Reports   Required Skills/Experience •             2+ years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience •             Knowledge of information on Preliminary Title Reports •             Compliance knowledge i.e. TRID and Dodd Frank •             Exceptional verbal and written communication skills •             High School Diploma or equivalent   Kelly Temporary Employee Perks: • Kelly-sponsored Affordable Care Act health care coverage available for eligible employees • Group medical, prescription, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance options that are available for purchase—and the coverage is portable* • Service bonus plan • Holiday pay plan • Weekly electronic pay options • Free online training campus available • Exclusive online employee community • Employee assistance program (EAP) available at no cost • Corporate discounts • Transportation spending accounts *Offered and administered by Leslie & Associates.
