DIVERSITY,EQUITY,MULTICULTURAL (UA-VPDV-IUBLA) Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the senior management administrators of The Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs (OVPDEMA) while performing quality control, editing, database, specialized system services, and report writing inclusive of various other administrative tasks. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in editing, writing, marketing, or communications.
Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information. Organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications
Five years of practical experience. Working Conditions / Demands
Office work, indoors, with use of computers primarily for data entry. Reading, writing, listening, electronic, and regular communications. Work Location

The work schedule is flexible and will vary based on volume of work and time required to complete the assigned tasks. This position requires that no more than 29 hours per week can be worked across all positions of employment held with Indiana University. Job Classification
