Your Role:

+ As an ERP RM, you will bring your energy and enthusiasm for positioning dynamic HCM cloud solutions to the marketplace.

What you will do:

+ Own and access your team; prioritize how to spend your time.

About your background and qualifications:

+ Your management experience has a proven record of accomplishment of selling to large, complex accounts, working with C-level executives, qualifying prospects, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

California Pay Range: from $139,200 to $250,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $139,200 to $250,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $139,200 to $250,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $139,200 to $250,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
