POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for the day to day operation of assigned F&B outlet(s). Oversees Servers, Bartenders, Food Runners, Culinary Staff, Supervisors and Assistant Manager. Ensures a fun and attractive atmosphere is maintained so that guests and employees alike recognize the outlet to be the area restaurant of choice. Ensures F&B operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Hire, retain, train, motivate, engage, and develop staff supporting our company's culture and core values.
  • Oversees all performance, inventory, handling of food, beverage and liquor of outlets (to include but not limited to FIFO, temperature recording, meeting all codes/standards and procedures).
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures, processes and standards are adhered to at all time without exception.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with menu creation, promotions and specials, creatively drive business to the outlet and maintain a competitive advantage.


QUALIFCATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 2 years of directly relevant management experience.
  • 5 years of relevant food and beverage experience.
  • Resort, theme park or similar experience preferred.
  • Food and Beverage Management State Certification.
  • TIPS Certified

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Meet and exceed all budget financial goals as it relates to the kitchen (food cost, payroll, etc.)
  • Understanding of Point of Sale System and cash register systems
  • Inventory control and adherence to Par Levels
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to motivate, engage and lead employees.
  • Anticipate customer / property needs.
  • Ability to maintain excellent guest service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
