Centria coordinates among multiple disciplines for its rehabilitation services including physical therapy and occupational therapy. Responsibilities

  1. Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
  2. TBI + SCI rehabilitation
  3. Pediatrics
  4. Ventilator and Tracheotomy care
  5. Gastrostomy tube care
  6. Dispensing medications
  7. Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
  8. Report any changes
  9. Document observed changes
 

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

  1. Current state license as an RN or LPN
  2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  3. Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
  4. Current flu vaccine
  5. CPR certified
