Develops, implements and operated the Treasure Island Community Farm and its educational agricultural programs. Responsible for initial farm construction, developing a preventative maintenance plan, budget tracking, and providing supervision and expertise for farm projects.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required preferably in agricultural studies or closely related discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in crop farm operations and management. Previous experience with nutritional education programs, organic crop production, and teaching experience preferred.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION:
May supervise and manage staff as required.
