These advances cover various applications in aerospace, transportation, energy, defense, recreation, marine, and urban air mobility. SAMPE manages internationally recognized conferences and exhibitions and is looking for an ambitious individual to play a vital role in marketing the benefits and services we champion for the betterment of the industries we serve.   Position Summary:  At SAMPE, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate would be an energetic, highly motivated team player that's creative, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Must have proven experience with the full execution of marketing campaigns, paid media advertising, member communication initiatives, and other marketing materials. Graphic design is needed to produce social media content, design flyers, sales collateral, and other marketing materials. Other Responsibilities : 
•         Develop, adapt and innovate marketing plans unique to the SAMPE community.
•         Coordinate with the team to come up with creative programs that align with the organization’s goals.
•         Management of the company’s various social media channels.
•         Direct Mail campaigns to increase exhibitor sales and sponsorships.
•         Build awareness of SAMPE and its brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.
•        Good digital marketing skillset: SEO, SEM, and able to report and advise on marketing data analytics.
•        Partner with colleagues on newsletters, social, ads, and other external communications.
•        Tracking and overseeing marketing and advertising budgets across multiple projects.
•        Effectively communicate marcom activities and the status of projects across relevant internal teams.
•        Perform other duties as assigned.   Requirements:  
•       Proven graphic design and project management skills.
•        Able to juggle various projects at once, and enjoys knowing that every day is different and fast-paced.
•        Professional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and ability to operate independently.
•        Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
•        Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.   Relationships: Reports to the Director of Marketing and Member Services. Interacts with SAMPE staff, members, volunteers, partners, and business vendors.   Travel Requirements:  10% to conferences, and local and national travel as needed.   SAMPE Statement: SAMPE is committed to diversity because it enriches and strengthens how we advance our mission, just as it does for the industry we serve.
