Pace Analytical Services, LLC (Scientific Professional Services division) is seeking to hire a professional for a General Office Administration position in SE Minneapolis (near U of M Campus) supporting the human resources department.


The candidate must be eager to learn, adapts to all work environments, is able to work calmly under pressure, has exceptional customer service, a keen attention to detail, is proficient (expert level) with computer applications, and will provide direct support to the Regional Manager.

Qualified candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen as well as a background screen.

Hours are M-F 7:30am to 4pm Pay is $17-$18 per hour commensurate with experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and professional administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Problem solving experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents (eg policies and manuals)
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be highly proficient with database systems
