You will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. You will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and guidance. This role will report to the Human Resources Director.
Supports up to 200+ employees, across multiple locations
Assist in the development and management of thoughtful and scalable, HR policies and procedures that balance employee experience with legal requirements
Develops and executes people strategies to complement or enhance our existing programs
Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Shares best practices and collaborates with management on progressive, multidisciplinary action, performance review process and performance improvement plans.
Coaches employees on policy and procedure, conflict resolution and change management to promote fair and equitable work environment.
Demonstrates solution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgment, and decision-making skills
Understands people dynamics and organizational strategy
Assists the HR Director with communicating change throughout the Business Unit
The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
A hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Provide direct support to the HR Director
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years human resources manager experience in a multi-site tech/software company
Extensive understanding of multi state HR practices, including employment law and regulations
Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems; preferably Workday
Experience in working in a collaborative environment; high level of follow through and accountability.
Must possess strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced ever-changing setting while managing multiple priorities
