Since 1996, RQC, LLC. has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. Headquartered in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense market.

We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Coordinator candidate to join our Field Operations team for a project located at King's Bay, Georgia. Please note - this is an active military base that requires candidates to be U.S. Citizens.

QC Coordinators will be responsible for:

  1. Administration of project-specific quality control programs.
  2. Assisting in start-up and close-out procedures.
  3. Assessing/auditing QC program compliance.
  4. Monitoring project quality control performance.
  5. Cultivating customer satisfaction with the client.

All responsibilities will support RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00, depending on experience.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match, vehicle.

Ideal Candidates will have the following experience:

  • Two or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in the commercial construction industry, including, but not limited to, Project Engineer, QC, as well as project management administration preferred.
  • A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate and RMS/QCS training is preferred.
  • QCM/Alt QCM experience is preferred.
  • CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required. Training can be provided.
  • Specific software literacy (Oracle, RMS/QCS) preferred.
