We are looking for a results oriented procurement professional to join our organization in delivering EBITDA savings across the following categories: 
•Information Technology - Hardware, Software, Infrastructure, Telecom
•Professional Services - Marketing, HR, Finance, Insurance
•Shared Services - Travel, Temp Labor, Office Supplies, Shipping, Facilities, and any others, as requested

The Sourcing Specialist/Manager will be responsible for the development of the category sourcing strategy to identify, select, and contract with suppliers that meet Veolia’s requirements for quality, cost, and performance. The individual will lead the data-driven category strategy development, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, enhanced customer service and risk mitigation tactics. He/She will also lead the management of Requests for Proposals (RFP), key supplier negotiations, supplier performance and contract deployment for assigned categories.

Responsibilities: 
•Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute category plans and sourcing strategies
•Lead cross functional teams in implementing sourcing projects through all key phases, such as data collection & analysis, strategy development, RFx, award recommendation, contract negotiation & execution, and implementation
•Drive continuous improvement in process, price, service etc. through effective category management
•Develop category specific goals and objectives 
•Study and track market dynamics to determine impact on cost quality and risk 
•Manage preferred supplier relationships and optimize supply base 
•Negotiate term sheets and review contracts to establish optimal terms and conditions, pricing, and key performance indicators 
•Monitor and report category-specific savings and performance metrics
•Facilitate quarterly/annual supplier reviews

Qualifications and Experience Required:
•Bachelor’s degree required with major in business related field. CPM/CPSM required.
•Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing
•Must have category experience in any one area - Information Technology, Professional Services (HR, Temp Labor, Marketing, Finance)) or Shared Services (Travel, Temp Labor, Shipping, Facilities etc.)
•Able to identify and manage projects from concept to implementation and successfully drive results
•Consistently demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing strategic sourcing process for several products and services across multiple sites or functions
•Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders across a large, matrix organization
•Strong negotiation skills and ability to review and redline and negotiate contracts and statements of work.
•Demonstrated proficiency influencing people, problem solving, and decision making
•Excellent communication and project management skills 
•Advanced analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills 
•Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities. Must be a self-starter
•Must have experience and ability to use spend analytics tools, Procure to Pay solutions such as Coupa and Ariba; ERP SAP, contract management and eSourcing applications and Service Pro.
•Must be proficient in Google apps for business, including Google mail, calendar, contacts, sheets, docs, and slides
•The role supports North America (US and Canada) and the position will be based in Boston, MA. The candidate should be prepared to travel 20%.
