Job Description

Customer Support Specialist-Call Center 

 Looking for strong customer services/call center background experience in a help desk environment. Candidate will need to have customer service background and technical profieciency: they will handle mostly customer billing customer service calls.

Job Description:
Instruct customers on use of equipment and software for companies system. Answer customer's inquiries using various mediums concerning systems operation. Diagnose system hardware, software and operator problems. Recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation. Speak to customers to learn procedures followed to diagnose source of error. Determine whether problem is caused by hardware such as modem, printer, cable or telephone. Communicate with co-workers to research problem and find solution. Talk to programmers to explain software errors and/or recommend changes to programs. Great communications skills and patience over the phone.
