We are currently looking a Customer Service Representatives to work for a fantastic company in the Orlando area! The CSR is responsible for providing a positive customer service experience in an effective, efficient and professional manner to customers regarding account maintenance.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
•Provide efficient and effective service to customers and prospects on all company services on a variety of inquiries and customer needs in a prompt and professional manner.
•Perform the required duties associated with customer service, including but not limited to account registration, returns, payment processing, processing hold and disputes.
•Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication.
•Anticipate and understand customer needs, determine the appropriate course of action to meet those needs, and complete or initiate the transaction. Exercise independent thinking in meeting customer expectations.
•Provide manual image review support as required and perform customer service activities in various other CSR roles such as front counter duties.
•Identify problems with office equipment, systems, processes, and general service issues, and communicate or escalate these to the proper entity for resolution.
Required Education and Experience:
•High School Diploma or equivalent education.
•3 plus years' experience of demonstrated call center and/or customer support experience.
•Computer proficiency to include accurate typing capability and data entry.
•Professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.
