Position is Per Diem working 1-2 shifts weekly as needed
Coordinates services through an interdisciplinary process which provides a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care. Assists in development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of clinical review, discharge planning, resource utilization and utilization review.
Candidates need acute hospital experience, prior case management experience highly preferred.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Required for RN: Associate's degree in nursing
Preferred for RN: Bachelors or Masters degree
Required: 2 years of clinical/hospital experience or 2 years of experience in related area
Preferred: Five (5) years experience
Required for RN:
Current Arizona RN license or compact state license and American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
