We are seeking talented individuals to join our energetic, compassionate team of behavioral health professionals in providing clinical excellence to our patients as they strive to meet their treatment goals and work towards an improved quality of life.
The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from adolescent through geriatrics.Job Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Preferred Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility is preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the California State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training (provided in-house), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint, within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in a restraining process. Must pass a medication administration exam and complete a basic developmental competency exam.
