Job Title: Apprentice Prep Chef - Briargate and Northgate stores

Supervisor: General Manager

Compensation: $15 to $17 per hour plus $4 to $7 per hour in tips

Summary

Prep fresh foods for daily store operations by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Wash dishes using Ecolab dish machine
  • Restock front line using just-in-time processes
  • Pre-closing cleaning including restrooms, trash, back of house floors
  • In AM, assist Prep Chef as necessary to prep food
  • Backup Prep of pre-packaged goods
  • With Training, Prep Chef duties including making salad dressings and items per recipe

Education and/or Experience:

  • Previous cooking/dishwashing experience is strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude
