SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for a PART-TIME RECRUITER position with a company in the construction industry located around the area of Hometown, PA. This PART-TIME RECRUITER will be supporting the HR Manager and Recruitment team with various HR administrative responsibilities. In this PART-TIME RECRUITER position, there will be a huge focus placed on recruiting potential employees and other administrative tasks that support company growth. In this PART-TIME RECRUITER position, you will also with maintaining the employee database and will be supporting the office with their hiring needs and may also reach out through job fairs and other networking events to create lasting relationships. DUTIES Screen potential candidates and schedule interviews Responsible for visiting unemployment offices or other various recruiting hubs to reach out for additional candidates Help verify I-9 documentation and maintain updated information Assist with new employee background checks Manage workflow and prioritize open positions Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects. Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years' experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not a requirement
