IT SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST

One of The Select Group's top clients in Columbus, OH is looking to expand their team and bring on an additional IT Service Desk Specialist. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience and has a passion for IT. If the below sounds like you, please apply!

IT SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills via inbound calls, social media, and emails

• Excellent aptitude in technical troubleshooting

• Hardware troubleshooting skills for PC and MAC

• Understanding of basic networking principles

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on information technology or computer science

IT SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical support for internal employees

• Provide first call resolution for most issues

• Create and disable Active Directory Accounts

• Password Resets

• Use system monitoring tools for potential performance issues

• End device provisioning, desktop imaging, and software installs

• Use of automated system support tools
