Our customer is currently looking to build out their service desk and move from 5 day a week support to a 24x7 rotation. This Service Desk analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting their 200 + global satellite offices nationwide in password resets for the real estate agents. This individual will have to have extensive experience working with Active Directory and must be able to support MAC OS. There will be minor OS troubleshooting involved as well.
1) Help Desk Customer Service Support Experience (Troubleshooting OS and exchange issues)
2) Active Directory (Password Resets)
3) Outlook troubleshooting (O365 is ideal)
Our customer is the only Fortune 500 Commercial Real Estate company. They are currently trying to push their revenue from 6b to 10b in the next few years. This will allow TP's to take on more responsibility as they grow and support more customers internally as they continue to branch out globally.
