  • Develop and implement initiatives to recruit for a multi-site organization
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and applicants are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, newspaper agencies, media, and internet sites
  • Attend recruitment events
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, phone screening, analyzing responses, and verifying references
  • Manage timeliness of recruitment process
  • Assure compliance with all applicable laws throughout the recruiting process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in recruiting and working in a medical or health related field
  • High degree of understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per year
