Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to recruit for a multi-site organization
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and applicants are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, newspaper agencies, media, and internet sites
- Attend recruitment events
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, phone screening, analyzing responses, and verifying references
- Manage timeliness of recruitment process
- Assure compliance with all applicable laws throughout the recruiting process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in recruiting and working in a medical or health related field
- High degree of understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per year
