An accredited acute care hospital located in the central Connecticut region is currently searching for multiple experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse’s to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This established healthcare system was founded over one hundred years ago and now services nearly 400,000 people annually. This long-standing medical community is proudly affiliated with numerous highly reputable medical schools within the region. The Critical Care RN will join a fully accredited medical team that offers state-of-the-art services such as behavioral and mental health, cardiology, oncology, diagnostic imaging, emergency and critical care services, women’s health and maternity, laboratory, orthopedics, perioperative, as well as outpatient services.

The Critical Care RN will join a highly skilled team of doctors and nurses that take care of some of the most critically ill patients within the hospital. The Critical Care RN will work within a certified Level II Trauma Center that meets the highest requirements of patient care including providing 24/7 immediate care from general surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgery, anesthesiology, emergency medicine, radiology, and critical care.

The Critical Care RN will utilize the nursing process to provide the highest quality of patient care within the critical care service line. The Critical Care RN will work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Critical Care Services. The Critical Care RN must have a valid state nursing license along with prior critical care, emergency, or trauma nursing experience.

This hospital is located in a central region of Connecticut, an area that offers residents a dense suburban feel. The area is known to provide beautiful stretching landscapes as well as many parks, coffee shops, and restaurants.
