Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

* Learn and adhere to the Rosenthal Automotive Policies and Procedures

* Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer

* Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving

* Obtain brand-specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product

* Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience

* Ability to master product knowledge and present this knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

* Automotive experience preferred

* Previous warehouse/stock clerk experience preferred

* Fluent in English

* Fork-lift experience preferred

* Able to lift up 50 to 75 lbs

* Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills

* Self-motivated and confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize

* Strong communication skills

* The ability to work independently with strong time management skills

* Able to get along with a variety of personality types

* Willing to think outside of the box to problem solve
