Global provider in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to hire a tech savvy Client Relationship Manager. As the Client Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, address concerns and complaints, drive sales, and generate sales leads by discussing new products and services. The successful candidate must be customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client and investor point of contact
• Create structure plans
• Assist with billing analysis
• Collect client feedback
• Research and resolve client complaints
• Set sales revenue targets
• Communicate with client on current and future needs
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Degree preferred
• 3+ years of client/investor admin experience
• Financial services industry experience a must
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong technical skillset
