Reporting to the Director of FP A, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of our client's Finance Team who supports our growth and success by taking an active and contributive role in the client's financial reporting processes. This role will partner with and support upper management in developing financial reports to allow for strategic direction and creation of business initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst will own trend analysis, the annual budget process, M A support, and will present financial reports to executives. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities: Build and maintain annual budget model and monthly P L forecast model. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated financial reports and dashboards for internal management, providing accurate and timely financial and operational recommendations. Independently develop process improvements resulting in the development of new technological ways to streamline and improve reporting efficiency. Perform monthly variance analysis to generate reports for management. Oversee cash flow management. Consistently communicate across various functions and departments driving appropriate collaboration, coordination, analysis, and timing of deliverables. Maintain store-level sales, labor, and operating expense models for budgeting, forecasting, and operations scorecard targets. Provide support for acquisitions and due diligence matters, capital and lending initiatives, and other ad hoc projects. Foster relationships with other business leaders to drive operational improvement through financial analysis. If you have the skills, then apply today. Job Requirements

Specific Job Requirements: Solid understanding and background of integrated financial and reporting systems. High level problem solving and analytical skills High level of data and process understanding; able to manipulate and leverage large amounts of corporate data into meaningful reporting. Ability to identify and implement strategic objectives in area(s) of responsibility. Experience in driving the financial analysis and evaluation of potential M A activity. Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Strong financial modeling and analysis skills. Intellectual curiosity and complete professional ownership. Has a proactive and constructive style of engagement with business leaders to earn credibility as a finance partner who adds value and helps drive business results. Excellent ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Ability to package and present financial data/information in an executive manner focused on driving business decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization. Experience in the early stages of a high growth business preferred. Education and Experience Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred. Prefer a minimum of three+ years of progressive responsibility in Financial management. QSR or retail industry experience, preferred. Expert level in Office, with superior level of comfort in advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, arrays, etc. in support of robust modeling. Advanced experience using data analytic tools such as Power BI or Tableau. SQL capability is a plus.
