REQUIRED (SEE ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS BELOW):

- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience

- Label and analyze large data sets to inform product decisions

- Experience with large language models, such as ChatGPT or Google Bard

- Report and communicate findings

- Experience in at least one of the following domains (SEE BELOW)

PREFERED

- FLUENCY IN LANGUAGE (SEE BELOW HIGHLIGHTED IN LIGHT ORANGE)

- Familiar with red-teamers to test generative AI systems is highly preferred

Job Description:

Client is seeking red-teamers to test their generative AI systems for potential safety risks and vulnerabilities, and generate data to improve these systems.

Job Responsibilities:

- Innovate, test and validate adversarial techniques on Generative AI systems

- Report and communicate findings

- Label and analyze large data sets to inform product decisions.

Skills:

- Experience in at least one of the following domains:

- Psychology

- Child safety

- Sociology

- Persuasion

- Law

- Creative out of the box thinking

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Experience with large language models, such as ChatGPT or Google Bard

- (Preferred) Fluency in one of the following languages:

-- Spanish

-- German

-- Portuguese

-- Vietnamese

-- Indonesian

-- Hindi

-- Thai

-- French

-- Italian

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
