Please send your resume to Email blocked - click to apply immediately or reply to this posting with your resume!  Job Title: Customer Service Representative Pay: $15/HR  Location: Roseburg, OR Purpose: Provides outstanding customer service to individuals contacting the Bank, by phone or online, by resolving issues, providing information, and looking for opportunities to strengthen the customer relationship through suggesting Bank products and services. Job Description: •Resolves customer problems such as: debit card issues, account overdrafts, electronic disputes, online/mobile banking issues and service charge questions •Performs a variety of transactions on the customer's behalf such as: funds transfers, stop payments, debit card increases, address changes and check orders •Suggest appropriate products and services to exiting and prospective customers and cross-sells other bank services such as Visa Credit Cards •Performs general tasks and completes routine assignments, receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignment Work Environment: •Facility is open 7 days a week from 8am-6pm. This position requires Saturday and Sunday work!   Requirements: •Requires completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent  •1-2 years customer service experience required, call center environment preferred •Intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills •Requires the ability to multi-task and work with multiple software applications •Requires intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and banking software •Work involves extended periods of sitting, some repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally •Requires close visual acuity and the ability to conduct business over the phone of extended periods of times Pre-employment background and credit check required We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit. HS Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
