Production Packaging Operator

Our client, a leading cheese manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Cheese Production

**Location:** Grantsburg, WI

**Pay Range:** $17.50/hr - $18.40/hr

**What's the Job?**

+ Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line

+ Performing the packaging operation of string cheeses, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product

+ Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation

+ Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production information

+ Learns the cheesemaking process which is highly automated. Most of the shift is monitoring the machines that make the cheese

**What's Needed?**

+ Ability to lift up to 70lbs

+ Steady standing, lifting, and stretching

+ Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environment
