Job Description

DuPage Credit Union isn't just a regular financial institution—we’re a cool financial institution—and our banking technology reflects our moxy. 

As the Digital Banking Manager, you'll be responsible for the Online Banking and Mobile operations of the Credit Union, as they relate to the digital channel. With the Member experience in mind, you'll develop and execute digital channel strategies that drive adoption. Further, you'll be a key contributor and decision maker regarding online and mobile channels. You'll seek out opportunities for product integration and optimization, with the goal of efficiency and revenue via the online and mobile banking channels. You'll work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation, enhancements, releases and installation of new software or upgrades (and testing of course) with security a primary consideration.  

Additionally, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the online and mobile banking department, and will administer both platforms. You'll be tasked with managing ongoing and overall costs associated with both. Further, you'll maintain close partnerships with vendors and will effectively work with stakeholders with a focus on goal achievement.  

Qualified candidates have: 

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or a related discipline 
  • 5 years of experience overseeing the implementation and performance of online, mobile and payment strategies 
  • 5 years of sales management experience
