Human Resources AssistantCompensation:
$21.00 to $28.00 hourly
OfficeTeam is currently working with a well-established organization in identifying a dynamic Human Resource Specialist to assist our client on a long term temporary basis. This organization offers excellent tenure and stability. The Human Resource Specialist will be directly support the Human Resources department with recruiting and operational activities. The Human Resource Specialist responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Sourcing candidates from ATS and job boards
-Conducting initial screenings of candidates
-Partnering directly with the hiring managers on current openings
-Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding process
-Assist Human Resource director with operational projects
To be considered for this Human Resource Specialist position must meet the following requirements:
-3+ years of Human Resources experience, 1+ year of recruiting
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS experience preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
