We have a client in the Gustine area looking for an Office Manager/Accounting individual to join their team! If you are skilled in multiple areas of Accounting and Human Resources then this is for you! ?Work with plant leadership to support department goals and deadlines. ?Responsibilities include the daily administrative, including human resources management, accounts payables, payroll, vendor negations, shipping, scheduling, employee safety programs risk management. ?Work as liaison between plant leadership and sales departments to develop material cost pricing for new business. ?Work with vendors and customers to develop new packaging materials and new artwork or changes. ?Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for production packaging materials and drums with high attention to detail to low inventories. ?Resolve vendor issues and claims against suppliers with the guidance of the CFO for company credits. ?Maintain and review records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, and product performance. ?Evaluate and monitor materials contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes. ?Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service support availability, reliability, and product releases, production and distribution capabilities and suppliers? reputation and history. ?Perform a wide variety of responsible and confidential clerical, technical, administrative and office duties. ?Responsible to ensure timely and accurate completion of new hires, re-hires, medical enrollments, including payroll issues and budgets. ?Research, compile and analyze data for special projects. ?Type?s complex correspondence, reports, forms and specialized documents from drafts, notes or brief instructions using a personal computer; may compose routine correspondence and brief reports in Spanish. ?Schedules, attends, takes and translates a variety of internal meetings with department managers. ?Work under steady pressure with frequent interruptions and a high degree of public contact by phone or in person. ?Assist sales team in completing new products logistic sheet for packaging and ingredients pricing and availability. ?Safety committee member maintains safety programs and OSHA logs.

Job Requirements

Accounting Entries, Accounts Payable (AP), 10 - Key Accounting, Administrative Office, Manage Vendor Relationships Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Microsoft office: Word, Outlook, Excel required. Over 3 years of experience in Accounting and General Human Resource duties required.
