Position Summary:    

Design, repair and analysis of electronic circuits.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, test and validate analog circuits for public safety radio products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues of analog and P25 digital communications systems
  • Evaluate components
  • Able to do testing, measurements, and analyze data for analog circuits
  • Generate and edit technical documents, schematics, layouts, and reports
  • All duties assigned by Supervisor



Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong Excel, Access, MS Word, Power Point, skills required
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Very detail-oriented, accurate and organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team



  • BS in Electrical Engineering



Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 5 years’ experience
  • Linear and switching regulator design
  • Audio amplifiers and operational amplifier circuits
  • Use of electronic circuit evaluation equipment like an Oscilloscope, DMM, audio analyzer, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
